Why all kids (and adults) should meditate
Meditation is mind control. It’s flexing a specific muscle in your brain. Tuning in to the body and mind and focusing on your breath is essentially what meditation is.
The more you do it, the better you get at it. (like everything else!)
I’m so pleased that some of my students have already embraced this practice. They say they do it to fall asleep or when they’re anxious.
That’s great!!! Coping skills are EVERYTHING! If we can’t push through the tough times and come out on the other side, if we let our circumstances and problems hold us back from our true potential, then what’s the point?!
We have the strength and power to control our mind, our focus, and our outcomes.
So try it today!
